Daniel Alonso-Pulpon, CEO
His experience as CIO and then CEO of FCS Asset Management has been going for the last 10 years, combined with his background in senior positions as a legal counsel of some of the Tier 1 Investment Banks such as Barclays and Deutsche Bank is well Known among the Investors Community.
Daniel teaches at universities like IEB and Garrigues Study Centre. He is also regulated under the FCA, the CNMV and the MFSA, and he has previously managed 16 funds with an average return performance of 10%.
He founded the FCS Group and was MD for 10 years, where FCS Asset Management is the first AIFM company in Europe, and FCS Capital Markets has run one of the first Non-Performing Loan Funds in Spain: the FCS Credit Opportunities.
Over the last 5 years, Daniel has been working as the Head of Structuring for Lynk Markets.
Daniel has also published numerous articles and papers regarding financial markets and regulations and has managed 16 funds for 25 years.
His work is regulated by the MFSA, the CSSF, the CNMW, the FCA, the Central Bank of Chile and the Bank of Ireland.
Blas Minarro, Head of Wealth Management
His experience in the role spans for 30 years, as Head of Private Wealth Management for banks such as Santander USA and JP Morgan
Blas holds extensive knowledge of financial markets, and has advised Financial Offices and Professional Investors primarily in Latin America and US Offshore markets.
Blas earned a B.A. in Economics and has served as a Board Member of some of the largest investment groups in Latin America.
He is specialized in M&A Transactions and Debt Re-structuring, and has been involved in some of the most sophisticated transactions in the last decades.
His career started in Banco Santander in Madrid, Spain, with the Senior Management Group that started a magnificent growth period that transformed the Santander in one of the largest banks in the world.
Pascual Santosjuanes, CIO
He is the former CEO and current CIO of Fractal Asset Management. Probably one of the most important derivatives experts in the world with a very particular capital preservation and risk management focus approach to markets.
He earned a major B.A. in Economics from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and is Magna Cum Laude at the prestigious IEB, Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles of Madrid.
Pascual started his career in Gaesco Asset Management and after that he developed his career working for different Independent Hedge Fund Asset Managers and Wealth Management Companies such as QTR and Lynx.
Pascual has a working team of 3 investment professionals.
Ernesto Hurtado
Ernesto has 41 years of experience in Banking and Brokerage in Latin America and the USA.
He earned a B.A. in Economics and is currently the President of Alliance Bank International in the US where he holds a major control stake.
Ernesto is regulated by the SEC and has an extraordinarily long reputation in the market.
Antonio Fernandez-Calvo, Head of IT and Cybersecurity
Antonio has 30 years of experience on IT and cybersecurity, setting up the IT systems and their security for Regulated Companies like FCS Asset Management and QTR Asset Management.
He earned a B. A. in Business Administration.
Luis Valls, Head of Risk Management
Mr. Valls’s fields of expertise include financial planning and wealth management for his clients, through acquisitions and various investment vehicles.
He hold degrees in Economics and Business Administration from Universidad Europea Madrid, he also earned a Master’s degree in Financial Risk Management from Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles and another Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from the London School of Economics.
Mr. Valls was Head of Risk Management in FCS Asset Management for 6 years where he developed the VAR Risk Management Model of the Firm and the Operational Risk Management Procedures.
Esteban Rubini, Senior Financial Advisor
Esteban earned a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA).
Ha has developed his career for over 20 years in Tier 1 Investment Banks such as Barclays Capital London, ANZ Bank, as well as several law firms in Buenos Aires.
He is the founder of Angel Investor School, a global educational platform for angel investors and startups and his international network is well known in the industry of private equity and investment banks.
He currently advises some of the most recognized Family Offices in Latin America and lives in London, where he heads our London Office.
Pedro Pablo Diaz-Chimeno, Head of Legal and Compliance
Pedro has developed most of his 35 years’ career as Head of Legal in Deutsche Bank Southern Europe structuring the most sophisticated deals and products in the market and advising the most sophisticated investors in Europe.
Pedro’s reputation is very well recognized in Europe and need no further development. He holds a B. A. from CEU University and worked previously in other Financial Institutions like Banco Santander.
He has been an author and teacher in several Business Administration Programs.
Pedro is responsible for the coordination of our global association of lawyers as well as for the legal advisory and multijurisdictional planning.
Daniel and Pedro himself both coordinate the main areas of the company together.
Zerrick Gillam-Bzadgi, Head of Investment Banking
Zerrick is currently Head of Origination in our M&A and Structured Finance Operations.
He earned a major B. A. in Economics and has 32 years of experience in Investment Banking and Capital Markets.
Zerrick is also the CEO of Bzadgy International Group, a Family Office Investment Banking Group specialized in Structured Finance and Commodity Trade Finance.

He has been heading the Corporate Cash Management Division of the bank globally, first in Europe and afterwards in USA and Latin America.
Antoine is now an independent board member for different funds.
